Four Perfect Days in LA-LA Land

Los Angeles isn’t just America’s second-largest city—it’s a kaleidoscope of creativity, culture, and contrasts. Fueled by Hollywood dreams and diverse communities, LA delivers music, food, art, and adventure at every turn. So when a European client asked us to design an incentive program that made participants feel like stars, we knew LA was the ultimate stage.

Here’s the making of a perfect incentive trip to the City of Angeles, one unforgettable day at a time:

Day One: Venice Vibes

Straight off the plane, the group craved the beach. Venice delivered with skateboarders, murals, and gritty charm. Brunch at Gjusta—artisanal breads, seasonal veggies, and cult-worthy lines—set the tone.

Instead of a chain hotel, we chose the Channel Road Inn, a cozy Santa Monica B&B with a homey vibe and beachside strolls. Lunch was legendary at Bay Cities Italian Deli, home of the “Godmother” sandwich. The afternoon brought canal walks and Abbot Kinney style, capped with dinner at Felix, an Italian gem.

Day Two: Beverly Hills Glam

Breakfast at Petitgrain Boulangerie fueled a day of luxury. Rodeo Drive offered people-watching, window-shopping, and a few daring splurges. Lunch at the retro Fountain Coffee Room inside The Beverly Hills Hotel was pure old-school Hollywood.

The evening sparkled at La Dolce Vita, reborn in 2023 but still carrying Sinatra’s swagger.

Day Three: Hollywood Highs

The group fueled up at Dialog Café, then checked into the iconic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel—palm-lined pool, cabanas, and mid-century charm.

A stroll down the Walk of Fame led to a hike at Runyon Canyon, where sweeping city views rewarded the effort. Dinner at Zimone’s Florence Osteria (yes, the Parmesan-wheel fettuccine is as indulgent as it sounds) set the stage for dancing at the retro-inspired Moon Room nightclub.

Day Four: Eastside Flavor + Downtown Arts

Breakfast meant Courage Bagels, with Montreal-style creations like the heirloom tomato–topped “Run It Through the Garden.” Culture followed at Barnsdall Art Park, home to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Hollyhock House.

The finale unfolded in Downtown LA, where renewal meets style. At Settecento, cocktails, wood-fired pizzas, and soulful pastas fueled a farewell toast. Glasses raised, the group celebrated their whirlwind Angeleno adventure before heading home.

The Verdict: Four days. Countless memories. LA proved it’s more than Hollywood glitz—it’s a living, breathing cultural mosaic best experienced like a local.
